Roush Performance Return Policy?
The ROUSH Performance return policy is as follows:
- To return a part, contact ROUSH Performance Customer Success at 800-59.ROUSH (800-597-6874) to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns and refunds will not be processed without an RMA number.
- RMA numbers are only valid for 60 days from issuance.
- Include a copy of your packing slip with your RMA number written clearly on the top.
- All returns must be sent prepaid – no collect shipping costs.
- If an incorrect part was shipped or if the part received is damaged, original shipping costs will be reimbursed and the incorrect part will be picked up.
- A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on returned parts.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed, painted, or modified in any way.
- Returns will not be accepted on any orders over 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- The original purchaser must return the product(s) to Roush® prepaid, with the original Roush Product number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- All product returns must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit.
